Problem Note 56062: A ConcurrentModificationException error might occur in SAS® Enterprise Case Management when you load a screen that contains a DataGrid

In SAS Enterprise Case Management, you might see the following error message when you edit a case or other entity, and the user interface definition contains one or more DataGrids:
An error occurred loading data for a grid on this screen. Contact your system administrator.
When the problem occurs, the Enterprise Case Management log file contains the following error:
[org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/SASEntCaseManag ement].[mvc]] Servlet.service() for servlet [mvc] in context with path [/SASEntCaseManagement] threw exception [Request processing failed; nested exception is java.util.ConcurrentModificationException] with root cause java.util.ConcurrentModificationException
The error occurs intermittently. The error might occur after you edit a Customer Due Diligence (CDD) type case and change the workflow status.
When the error occurs, refresh the screen to remove the error message and continue with your task.
